Sofrito Foods and Beverages has a Master Franchisee relationship with Sofrito Brands and has rights to own operate Sofrito in India's west and south markets since its inception in 2012. Sofrito Foods and Beverages is a direct subsidiary of Mahashri Traders, a firm opereated in coimbatore and its surrounding districts with a focus on putting up and Quick supplying service (QSS) in Coimbtore Sofrito Brands through 600 store delivery (as of 2nd April 2017) Coimbatore District.

In 2012 Mr. Chandra Bose. A Who has started the company Sofrito Foods and Beverages and market Flavored Milk in the brand name Sofrito™ formerly named as Todays Fresh, after he planned to bring this company in big production company in coimbatore market. He changed many things such as manually process in to semi automatic process in 2017 having a good plan to execute the same to next level of operation.

Infrastructure

The manufacturing facility of Sofrito Foods and Beverages is located at Samichettipalayam, 20 km from Coimbatore city. It has a manufacturing capacity of 1000 Liters of Flavored Milk and per day.

We do strong background work for manufacturing our products with the following criteria

  • Equipment’s with state-of-the-art technology.
  • Hygienic work place.
  • Highly Qualified Technical Staff.
  • Relentless Product and Process improvement.

PROCESS

High quality raw materials like Milk, Almond, Pista Seeds and Food and Safety control permitted essences for chocolate and rose mil flavored .

We used glass bottles and it’s for the purpose deceases the cost and we have automatic washing methods to wash the bottles. After checking the cleaned bottles materials are taken to production floor for further processing.

Milks are boiled at boiling temperature and to ensure food safety. This content is poured in to sterilized bottle. The quality personal ensure the process as per the standard operating procedures.

The flavored milk corked by automatic corking machines and send it to sterilizing machine which is under 120 degree Celsius . Packs are ensured to be leak proof and sturdy enough to retain the aroma and flavor till consumption (Almond Flavor *60 Days, and Rose milk , Pista will remains 90 Days).

The dispatch is done with the company’s own trucks to ensure prompt supply to direct stores. The distribution is ably supported by an active sales team, which is monitored directly by the Founder. With an efficient distribution and marketing network across the Coimbatore, Sofrito Foods and Beverages is able to satisfy the market demands quickly.
